Quality Management System Auditor in the Automotive Industry (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 19011)

Training Description

The training for quality management system auditor in the automotive industry is based on ISO 19011 requirements and consists in performing an audit according to IATF 16949 requirements. The participants acquire knowledge of auditing the requirements of new IATF 16949 standard as well as skills and qualifications which contribute to obtaining reliable and reproducible audit results. The training is directed at acquiring and improving knowledge and abilities of auditing according to ISO 19011 guidelines. The lecture is supported by multiple exercises, role-play and audit simulations.

Target Audience

The training is intended for 1st and 2nd party auditors or candidates for 1st and 2nd party auditors of a quality management system based on the IATF 16949 standard, wishing to gain and improve their knowledge and acquire auditing skills based on the guidelines of the ISO 19011 standard. The standard is intended for use by a wide range of users wishing to become familiar with the guidelines for managing audit programs, planning and conducting audits, as well as for the competence and assessment of auditors and the audit team and the interpretation of the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.

Prerequisites for Attendance

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

Examination/Test

At the end of the training there is a written test and audit scenario, as a verification of the acquired knowledge.

Proof of Qualification

After the training the participants will receive SQD Alliance certificate.
