DESCRIPTION:Training Description \nIn order to ensure a high initial quality of audit activities in the companies and the entire supply chain\, appropriate competence in the use of the respective methods is required. The efficient approach during the audits is an important success factor. This training will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in performing typical audit situations within the area of Automotive Core Tools. \n Target Audience \n\n(Prospective) VDA 6.3 process auditors.\n(Prospective) IATF system auditors.\nVDA 6.3 process auditors who would like to apply for an extension.\n\nContents\n\nTheoretical lectures regarding the respective automotive core tools:\n\nVDA MLA / APQP\,\nVDA 2 / PPAP\,\nVDA 5 / MSA\,\nCmk / Ppk / Cpk / SPC\,\n8D.\n\n\n\n\nPractical examples discussed during exercises.\nPractical application of automotive core tools by the participants.\nGroup and individual exercises.\nPanel discussions.\n\nLiterature\n\nAPQP AIAG\nVDA MLA\nPPAP AIAG\nVDA 2\nFMEA\nVDA 4\nMSA\nSPC\n\nPrerequisites for Attendance\nThe training is aimed at auditors who have considerable knowledge of basic tools of automotive industry. It is focused on extending the information regarding auditing the particular methods.
