VDA 6.3 – Workshop for Certified Process Auditor (ID 341) – online training

The VDA 6.3 process audit is an effective procedure for assessing processes in connection with planning and manufacturing of a product. In order to conduct VDA 6.3 process audits, comprehensive knowledge, experience and competence is necessary. Thus, the qualification of relevant personnel is indispensable. After successful completion of the qualification for VDA 6.3 process auditor, the question arises of continuous further development: again and again, while conducting audits in practice, auditors will encounter situations in which handling or appropriately assessing requirements leads to uncertainties. This training offers the chance to discuss such situations in everyday audit practice with the participants and an expert, and to determine the appropriateness and application of requirements and assessments.

Target Audience

This training is for Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 (2016), who cannot prove the required number of process audits for the extension of their auditor qualification.

• Refresher of the topics: audit preparation, evaluation and presentation of results.
• Risk Analysis according to Turtle model.
• Application and use of knowledge database.
• Reports with support of VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool.
• Case Studies.
• Audit preparation and audit planning.
• Performing process audits with evaluation of complete process elements considering the downgrading rules.

Prerequisites for Attendance

This workshop is aimed at already Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 (2016). For the efficiency of the workshop it is also necessary that the participants have a comprehensive knowledge of the VDA 6.3 questionnaire and the evaluation-relevant requirements.

Proof of Qualification

After participation in the training, the participants will receive a VDA QMC certificate of attendance.
