AIAG CQI 23 Special Process: Molding System Assessment

Training description 

The AIAG CQI 23 Special Process: Molding System Assessment standard is designed for the automotive industry as a tool to improve organizations in the field of plastics forming processing. It has been incorporated as a requirement in the current IATF 16949 standard, which makes it crucial for organizations to understand and acquire the skills to interpret correctly this standard. The training provides practical knowledge on implementing the guidelines in a way that enhances process improvement effectiveness and reduces the risk of conducted activities. During the training, the AIAG CQI 23 standard guidelines are discussed along with practical examples of their application.

The training is intended for people interested in gaining knowledge related to process improvement as well as interpreting the AIAG CQI 23 standard guidelines. It is suitable both for those beginning to implement the standard in their organization and for representatives of organizations where the assessment process is already conducted. The training is aimed at those who want to familiarize themselves with the standard and for whom it is new, especially process owners in technology, maintenance, production, quality, supplier management, new launches, and process/system auditors.
