ISO 19011 Management Systems Auditor (3-day training course)

Course Description

The course focuses entirely on the guidelines of ISO 19011, the international standard for auditing management systems. The program aims to develop the competencies necessary for the effective planning, conduct, and evaluation of audits, taking into account an evidence-based approach and auditing principles.

Over the course of 3 days, participants will learn about and practice the practical application of the ISO 19011 guidelines in the following areas:

• auditing principles (integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, evidence-based and risk-based approaches),
• audit program management,
• audit preparation, planning, and conduct,
• communication during the audit and evidence-gathering techniques,
• formulating audit findings and conclusions,
• auditor competencies, their assessment, and development.

The training is workshop-based—participants work on case studies and audit scenarios, which allows them to directly apply the requirements of the ISO 19011 standard to the auditor’s practice.

Prerequisites

• Basic knowledge of management systems.
• For the duration of the training, the company registering participants is required to provide them with access to the current ISO 9001 standard as well as the current ISO 19011 standard.

Exam/Test

Upon completion of the training, participants will take a written test to assess their acquired knowledge.

Certification

After the training, you will receive an eCertificate from the SQD Alliance.
