Training description
Advanced product quality planning plays a key role in the organization’s processes. The guidelines presented in the AIAG reference manual are used to design a project schedule in a way that will support the development of products and services. This approach translates into minimizing the risk of errors and the costs of poor quality when implementing new products through the use of proven standards.
Among the expected benefits of using the APQP manual guidelines, one can also mention the reduction of the complexity of quality planning for customers and suppliers or the improvement of the communication process between the customer and the supplier. An inseparable element is also the Control Plan. The purpose of creating a Control Plan in advanced product quality planning processes is to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements. This is achieved by providing a structured approach to the project, selection and implementation of newly defined control methods for the entire system. As a result, Control Plan describes the actions that are required in each phase of the process so that the output data is under control and compliant with the applicable requirements. During the training, participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with issues related to the development, creation, elements and other important information regarding the design of this document.

The training is intended for people involved in the implementation processes of new products, project managers, employees involved in the design process, engineers and all people involved in the construction and development (interdisciplinary team) of the control plan in the individual phases of project development.
