Training Description
The primary objective of developing a Control Plan within the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process is to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements. This is achieved by providing a structured approach to the design, selection, and implementation of newly defined control methods across the entire system.As a result, the Control Plan describes the activities required at each stage of the process to ensure that outputs are controlled and comply with applicable requirements.
During the training, participants will become familiar with topics related to the development, creation, elements, and other essential aspects of building and managing the Control Plan document.
