Training Description
Problem solving in the automotive industry is a key factor for the proper functioning of organizations within supply chains. Ensuring product conformity and effectively operating processes is, however, a significant challenge. Emerging internal problems and customer signals regarding poor product quality must be properly processed in order to implement effective actions and eliminate problems in the future.
The method used in the automotive industry to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively is based on the AIAG CQI-20 standard. Together with related analytical techniques (such as 5 Why, 5W2H, Is/Is Not, Ishikawa, and others), it enables the analysis of root causes of problems and their elimination through the proper application of an effective problem-solving process.

The training is intended for employees responsible for product development, production, quality assurance, supplier management, customer service and complaint management system, manufacturing process, and product auditors, logistics personnel

- Quality awareness
- Problem-solving techniques with consideration of the 8D methodology
- Discussion of the problem-solving method:
- Objective, application, principles, detailed explanation of the methodology steps
- Quality tools such as: Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, IS/IS NOT, 5W2H
- Exercises/workshops.

Examination/Test
At the end of the training there is a written test, as a verification of the acquired knowledge.
